Ready to take on an LPF 8 week challenge?
Our 8 Week Challenge runs from February 6 to April 3 and is open to all members, with no entry fee. Participants will complete pre-challenge scans on February 4–5 and post-challenge scans on April 1–2 to track progress. The challenge focuses on improving fitness, consistency, and overall health through structured training, accountability, and support from our coaching team. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, or building better habits, this challenge is designed to help you stay on track and see real results.
