  • How long have you been a Coach for?

    15 years!

    What are your qualifications?

    Bachelors degree in exercise and sports science

    Level 1 & 2 accredited CrossFit trainer

    Favourite cheat meal/snack?

    Mcdonalds

    What’s your favourite thing about working for LPF?

    Assisting our clients reach their health and fitness goals. Creating a healthy & vibrant community. Ripper daily workouts 🫡

    What do you get up to outside of the gym?

    Train for myself

    Wrestle with my 5 & 2 year olds

    Lil but of party party 🎉

  • How long have you been a Coach for?

    I’ve been coaching for 8 years now.

    What are your qualifications?

    I have a cert 3 in fitness.

    Favourite cheat meal/snack?

    I’m a foodie so I love everything sugar, spice and everything nice :)

    What’s your favourite thing about working for LPF?

    The community! Watching our clients grow strong minds, bodies and souls.

    What do you get up to outside of the gym?

    Outside of the gym I love to take some chill time to myself, but I also l spend time with my family.

    I have been with Ben in this role for 2.5 years

    What are your qualifications?

    *Certificate 4 in Weight Management

    *Cert 3 in Fitness

    *St John First Aid Certificate in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Provide First Aid

    *2nd Dan Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do

    What’s your favourite thing about working for LPF?

    I like meeting a diverse group of people who all have their own goals and reasons for wanting to take control of their health.

    Then once they have made the decision to take control, seeing them achieve exercises and skills they never imagined they could.

    Favourite cheat meal/snack?

    Margarita Pizza and Ice cream

    What you get up to outside of the gym?

    *Babysit my grandchildren

    *Reading

    *Camping and walking

    *Coffee dates with family and friends

    I've been coaching for 6 years

    -Cert 3 fitness instructor 

    Favourite meal/snack?

    Mum and Dad's Burmese cooking 

    What’s your favourite thing about working for LPF?

    The best thing about working with LPF is everyone's fitness journey, we all have different goals and to observe our members' achievements really sets in stone for me why I do what I do really puts a smile on my face

    What do you get up to outside of the gym?

    I love spending time with my kids and taking them to all of their sporting activities. Going to coffee with my partner nothing beats a really good coffee.

    Been a group fitness coach for 7 years

    What are your qualifications?

    Cert 3 in fitness

    Favourite cheat meal/snack?

    I am indeed a snackaholic , chocolate, chips, nugs you name it ill eat 🤗

    What’s your favourite thing about working for LPF?

    My favourite part about being apart of the team at LPF is the community. We are all in it together . Also the flexibility with being a mum of 3 I can work hours that suit around my little family with support of the rest of the team

    I have been coaching for nearly 5 years.

    What are your qualifications?

    I have my Cert 3 and 4 in fitness.

    Favourite cheat meal/snack?

    My favourite meal is tacos. Favourite quick meal at the moment is tuna, potato, sour cream and cheese.

    Fav snack is pretty much anything, I love snacks. 😜

    What’s your favourite thing about working for LPF?

    Favourite thing about LPF is helping/ watching the clients grow and giving that little extra push we all need every now and then. 😁 And I am personally loving the workouts myself.

    What do you get up to outside of the gym?

    Outside the gym I like spending time with my family and friends. I also work in aged care.
